Andrew builds modern and collaborative working practices for today’s digital, hybrid workforces. He coaches digital leaders and teams both practical technical and soft skills to overcome common issues, such as ‘always on’, too many tools, email centricity, lack of alignment in digital and work practices and terrible meetings. He also designs strategies to boost collaboration, productivity and engagement in team and enterprise working tools, as well as to develop asynchronous working skills.
Andrew’s approach is to empower confident, healthy and collaborative digital workforces, finding a clear ‘what’s in it for me?’ at every level. He has advised and coached UK and Australian government departments as well as large multinationals on how to better leverage Microsoft 365 and to develop thriving hybrid teams.
