Has worked in early childhood education for over 20 years. Her experience began as an elementary teacher, then moved into a preschool director role, giving her a multi-faceted perspective to those she serves. Her dedication to personal growth is strengthened by her curiosity and fueled by a passion for lifelong learning. Growing into the role as a people leader, Mollie is driven by servant leadership and building community. Her desire to prioritize people, relationships and growth shows up in her day-to-day listening and consistently asking how she can support others. Mollie’s commitment to open communication and transparency has encouraged individual and organizational progress.

In addition to her primary role and with the support of a top-notch team, Mollie is also credited with leading the organization through massive organizational change. Child Care Answers became its own 501(c)3 while continuing the critical work of supporting families and child care providers, all during a global pandemic.

Mollie’s educational background includes a BA in Early Childhood Education from Marian University and a Masters in Education from Indiana Wesleyan. She stays busy with her two teenage daughters and husband, escaping to the beach with a good book to recharge.
