Chip is currently the Vice President & Sr. Director of Performance & Talent Practices at Liberty Mutual, a leading diversified Fortune 100 global property and casualty insurer based in Boston, MA. In this role, he leads the strategy and delivery of the company’s performance and talent management practices globally which includes onboarding, selection, performance management, talent management and career development. Prior to that, he served as the Director of Global Talent Management where he led the development and implementation of talent strategies to enable a culture of leading and developing the best talent across the company’s international operations in 29 countries.
