Michael Wheeler has spent more than 20 years helping customers realize value in the IT space, serving in various consulting, professional services, customer success and management roles. He is currently the Director of the Customer Success team at Aternity, responsible for making sure Aternity’s customers extract maximum value from the software. Outside of the tech space, Michael loves coaching his kids sports teams and even finds some time to sneak in some golf and tennis. Michael is married with 3 children and lives outside of Boston.
